Service description

Kyew is an MCP server that provides persistent memory, reusable skills, custom tool capabilities, and managed API connections for AI agents and LLM clients.

Plans and pricing

Kyew offers three tiers:

  • Free -- limited storage and features at no cost
  • Trial -- 14-day full access, no credit card required
  • Pro ($79/month or $63/month billed annually) -- full tool library, unlimited custom tools, code execution, BYOK model access, sharing, and scheduled tools
  • Team ($119/seat/month or $95/seat/month billed annually) -- everything in Pro plus organization management, shared micro-agents and tool kits, unlimited connections, and team admin controls

Prices may change with notice. Active subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before price changes take effect on their subscription.

Billing and cancellation

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Kyew does not store your payment method details.

Free trials

New Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. New Team subscriptions include a 30-day free trial. You can cancel during the trial period without being charged.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal (accessible from the Billing page in your dashboard). Upon cancellation:

  1. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  2. After the billing period ends, a 7-day grace period begins during which your data and features remain accessible
  3. After the grace period, your account reverts to the Free tier with its associated limits

Your data is not deleted upon downgrade. Content exceeding Free tier limits becomes read-only until you re-subscribe or reduce your usage.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] for refund inquiries.

Your data

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create through Kyew, including memories, skills, custom tools, and connections. Kyew does not claim any rights over your data.

Backups

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain data integrity and availability, there are no guarantees against data loss. You should use the system tool's export action regularly to back up your data.

Anonymized usage data

Kyew collects anonymized usage data (such as tool usage frequency, feature adoption, error rates, and request volume) to improve the service. This data is aggregated and never includes the content of your memories, skills, prompts, or other stored data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you store in Kyew. You agree not to:

  • Store illegal content or use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security controls
  • Abuse the service in ways that degrade it for other users (e.g., excessive automated requests beyond rate limits)
  • Use Kyew to store sensitive credentials, passwords, or secrets (use the dedicated connections feature for API keys)
  • Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization

Rate limits

API rate limits apply to all users. The default limit is 100 requests per minute. If you exceed this limit, requests will be temporarily rejected. Rate limits may be adjusted as the service scales.

Code tools

Kyew allows you to create and execute custom JavaScript code through code tools (available on Pro and Team plans). These run in sandboxed containers with CPU and memory limits. You are responsible for the code you write and execute. Code tool execution is metered and subject to plan limits.

Organizations

Team plan subscribers can create organizations with shared resources. Organization owners and admins are responsible for managing membership and access. Organization actions are logged in an audit trail for accountability.

Managed connections

Kyew provides managed OAuth connections for services like Google and GitHub. When you create a managed connection:

  • You select which scope bundles to enable (e.g., Analytics, Gmail, Calendar). Kyew only requests the scopes you choose.
  • OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and stored on your behalf.
  • You can revoke any connection at any time from the dashboard or via the connection MCP tool.
  • Revoking a connection permanently deletes the stored credentials.

Kyew's use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected services complies with those services' own terms. Kyew does not monitor or control the content of API requests you make through your connections.

Dynamic tools and external APIs

When you create custom tools that call external APIs, those API calls are your responsibility. Kyew proxies the requests on your behalf but is not responsible for the behavior, availability, or terms of third-party services you connect to.

Uptime

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but there are no uptime guarantees. Maintenance windows, outages, and breaking changes may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

Account termination

By you

You can stop using Kyew at any time. To cancel a paid subscription, use the Billing page in your dashboard. To request full account deletion, contact [email protected].

By Kyew

Kyew reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly in cases of abuse or illegal activity. If your account is terminated, you will be notified and given an opportunity to export your data where possible.

Limitation of liability

Kyew is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Kyew is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or issues with third-party integrations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith through direct communication first. Contact [email protected] to raise any concerns.

Changes to these terms

Changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Kyew after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users at least 30 days in advance.
